Erica is a dedicated and reliable young marketing professional with a diverse background that includes customer service, retail, and even early childhood education. Growing up as a cheerleader and athlete, sports have given her the leadership and teamwork skills to significantly impact her performance as a professional. She considers herself a “people-person,” which allows her to understand the needs and pain-points of many different audiences and deliver uniquely personal buyer experiences.Throughout her career in the marketing industry, Erica has been extremely eager to learn and continuously develop her skills. She is most excited by marketing strategy and marketing automation, well trained in applications such as HubSpot and SalesForce and has a keen understanding of the behavioral impact they can have on marketing and sales processes. She holds several HubSpot Academy certifications in email marketing, content marketing, and inbound marketing. She hopes to be able to add more to that list, in hopes of being able to advance her career as an expert in marketing strategy and best practices.Erica holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Kean University and earned her Self-Directed IRA Professional (SDIP) designation from the Retirement Industry Trust Association (RITA).
