ROSELAND, NJ, August 29, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — Next Generation Trust Company has announced a new strategic partnership with KJLK & Co., LLC, providing eligible accredited investors with self-directed IRAs at Next Generation access to the Square One Fund, LP, managed by KJLK.
Square One Fund is a private investment platform that allocates capital across a diversified group of vetted underlying managers, spanning private equity, venture capital, private credit, hedge fund strategies, real estate, and infrastructure. Next Generation serves as KJLK’s preferred self-directed IRA custodian for investors who wish to use retirement assets to invest in the fund.

To participate, eligible investors must open and fund a self-directed account with Next Generation and use retirement assets to subscribe for a limited partnership interest in the fund. As a Rule 506(c) offering, all investors are subject to mandatory independent third-party verification.
